My sister passed away a week and a half ago and the apartment complex where she lived wont answer our calls and thru a third party have said that there are legalities that need to be addressed before they will let us into the apartment,not communicating what those issues might be.This is very frustrating as we need to go through her paper work and such.Any advice?
