Child Custody and Legitmatize

What re my rights to my sons? My mother had gaurdinship for 3 yrs. I lived with the boys too. Their mother wanted them back after leaving them. She failed her drug tests and the court took gaurdinship away from my mom and gave it to their mothers father. They said I was not the legal father even though I am on the birth certificates and the court reconized me as father by ordering me to pay child support. I want my boys back! I do not do drugs, i work and have completed everything Defac demanded and still did not get my boys because I am not legal

I want to know how I get my sons back. i have been their father for all their lives. I pay court ordered child support. I am on the birt certifcates. I have completed classes with Defac.I do not do drugs, I work. Everyone knows I am the father, but they to gave custody to the mothers father when she wanted them back because as usual she failed the drug tests Plus she refuses to complete drug consoling and parenting classes required by defac.
