My ex husband and I had a truck when we were married. When we divorced, I kept the truck and he kept the car. I couldn't afford the truck anymore so he took it back. Well, it got repossessed anyway. Now his wages are being garnished. I was not working but just started a new job, and he has sent my employer a request for my employment verification as well as someone else sending the same thing. Can I be forced to pay too? What are my rights? He is the main on the loan, I am the co-signer.
