My ex husband and I have been divorced for nearly two years now. Both of us have lived in Apts.His lease is up on his Apt and has now rented a house. I am in my lease til December. He and I have joint custody of our children. He is now taking me to court to get Full custody. I am scared and worried. I don't have a lot of money, just started a new job ( been laid off for 6 months!) and I am not sure what he is up to and what my rights are. What do I need to worry about? what should I make sure of? What should I prepare for?
