I have a 10yr old son who is beaing beaten by his step-father. There are 3 incidents I know of over the last 3 yrs, and all have been reported. The state agencies involved have done NOTHING to date in regards to this. They "counseled" the step-father on his actions and they felt that it was justified treatment. Meanwhile, my son shows up at my house today with marks on his neck, face, eyes, arms, legs, and back from a "conversation" that had taken place last night at his mother's house.
What i want to know is when is enough enough?? I am at the point of removing him from there in my own way, but I have been informed that I will be prosecuted for kidnapping of the child if he is not returned to his mother's house at the normal visitation return time. I need answers or I am going to try and raise my other children from a jail cell soon for beating someone myself!!!
