Hello. My name is Jessica. I am 17 years old and live Ohio. I was wondering what i would have to do for my sister-in-law to get custody of my from my parents? i have 2 younger siblings that also live with my parents. My parents have been divorces for a little over 5 years. Is there any way my sister-in-law can gain custody of me with out me having to prove that my parents are unable to take care or me? I don't want to mess up my parents custody situation with my younger siblings but i cant handle being with either of them any more. my sister-in-law has 2 kids of her own and her own house. she is capable of supporting me. I also have a job and can mainly support myself. i need help with this situation. i have no idea where i stand and what i need to do to make her gaining custody possible. Please help!
