i have an auto loan with my bank but at the time when i got the car my driver license was expired so the car is in my wife's name and now we are getting divorce. the car was bought in hawaii from a dealership and now we live in minnesota is there anything i can do so that the is changed in my name or where i can stop paying for the loan and turning the car into my bank because they are the lean holders on the car until it is paid off.
