I bought a car from an individual I thought, he was the one i gave the money too. However all my paper work is through a car dealership. So he used his friends dealers license to get this car isn't this illegal? He also changed the price i paid for the car on the bill of sale to lower the amount of sales tax? Is this not illegal as well? I think these guys are shady. I would like to know if these things are illegal and if so who i should inform of their dirty business operations. Thank you!
