Last year I lost my printing business. It ran for 2 years and had a private investor in the amount of $130 000. Over the last few months of the business I couldn't pay staff, myself or debts. The Landlord locked the doors and a pass due creditors seized the company bank account. It is now one year later and my wife and I have lost everything from lack of employment. I hadn't heard from the creditor as He knew I had no income. Now I have filed personal bankruptcy and he has sued me personally for the corporation debt. After receiving the bankruptcy notice He now says he is going after a fraud charge and will stop the bankruptcy. He basis for this is when the doors were locked by the landlord, I notified the investor and weeks later he wanted me to sue the Landlord as assets of the corporation were still there. I refused to sue my landlord as I was months behind and he was quite fair with me. He is quite wealthy and am worried that I might go to jail if unjustly found guilty.
