What will be the outcome at court for this shoplifting charge?

I live in RI I got arrested on 9/7/08 for shoplifting in Kmart. This is my first offense. I also had two minor girls with me one my next door neighbor and my boyfriends daughter both 15yrs old. They were also charged with shoplifting. Will I be ok with a public defender since this is my first time having a record?

yes, if you admit to your action they relise you with no criminal although this would be right down for the next time it will be a criminal record ( if you do something same )

Stephanie, I'm really sorry to hear that you ARE such poor white trash that you shoplift from Kmart with minors!!
Your mother must be so proud of you:) I'm surprised Celeste wasn't with all of you when you were caught. You are quite the role model for your boyfriend's daughter:) Like mother like daughter:)
