I'm going through a divorce after 20yrs of marriage to an active duty (recently retired) navy member who was abusive; he wants to sell the house, gain partial custody or visitation of the 2 minor children that he hasn't seen in 10 1/2 months, and wants me to sign a no fault divorce.
I would like to keep the house and have him get counseling before he gains visitation or partial custody. What can I do?
