Hi, im new to this site. any help would be much appreciated. I work in a shop in Scotland. Worked there for about 9 months now and everytime i phone in sick/ am slightly late ( it doesn't happen that often but it does happen) the boss takes it upon herself to inform my parents. ive told them before that im sick of it ( i really don't need a 3 hour lecture from my mother about being off work when im barely able to move with the flu).

I know this is fairly trivial but its really grinding my gears. Its not like im a child. I dont live with my parents and im 20. so if any of you lovely people could help me out i would be grateful.
